Current Note: My intent with this post was to help people understand how anti-Trump the Republican Party was, including the CAGOP. My observation was that NOBODY outside the Republican party knew this—they associate TRUMP with REPUBLICAN all day long; and only a few Republicans looked closely enough at the inner shenanigans of the CAGOP and their subsidiary central committees to see it.
A purely grassroots, unincorporated team, CA MAGA, which started by people who saw that the CA Republican Party was trying to avoid supporting Trump in the 2020 primary, forced CAGOP leadership to endorse Agenda 47, which is what CAMAGA found, by polling, most of the R Party’s membership wanted.
Later, the R Party leadership said, “Oh, of course we always supported Trump.” Yeah… to the extent that they could use his name for record-breaking fundraising. These people are sick.

There is one reason, and one reason only, I attended the CAGOP Spring Convention. I was not planning on going because I have no desire to support the CAGOP.

Given the failures in the California Republican Party (CAGOP), a group of us known as "California MAGA " submitted a dozen resolutions backing Donald J. Trump's “Agenda 47” – as well as the specifics contained within those policy videos – and outflanked the status-quo. While there were attempts to stop us and to squash the enthusiasm, their opposition only inflamed the support for Trump and our commitment to rescue our nation.
At the Resolution Committee hearings there was clear tension. Yet because of our public insistence on Trump's program during the last three conventions, overt opposition had already broken down as futile. The first resolution submitted by Mindy Pechenuk was quickly approved, and was then further amended to list some of the great topics that Donald J. Trump has put forward in his Agenda 47.
The tension was then shifted to our repeated emphasis, not just on the policy, but on the person responsible for that policy, Donald J. Trump. So six out of the next eleven resolutions passed, but were amended by removing "Trump’s Agenda 47" from the title. For those that do not know, Trump's “Agenda 47" is a series of videos by Trump personally which address the core of Trump's policy program – a program that directly contradicts the GOP's moral bankruptcy after decades of failures in every major area of national concern. The committee argued, in this case, that "Trump's Agenda 47" was already in the first resolution, so it need not be repeated. The old guard still does not understand that we need both a change in leadership, and, we need a revolution in policy to rebuild our nation. But regardless of these nominal changes, Trump’s takeover and the growing support for his “Agenda 47” was, and is undeniable. The additional resolutions which passed emphasized Trump’s policies to protect children, end the drugs epidemic, celebrate America’s 250th birthday, oppose climate extremism, and condemn the lawfare used against Trump and other patriotic Americans.
We were also able to create convention-wide discussions on Sunday, May 19th at the plenary session, where we were able to bring up the resolutions that did not pass, and educate every delegate on Donald J. Trump's “Agenda 47.” These discussions included our resolutions on preventing the breakout of WWIII in Ukraine, on protecting free speech, and on addressing the threat of hyperinflation.
California, (of all places!), is taking the lead on guiding our policies back to peace and prosperity for all Americans. Let this be a living example to the rest of the nation that we have sounded the trumpet of victory, and we will not stop till Trump is in the White House, and we have restored the nation to its founding principles of the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution.
Let this victory for President Trump's “Agenda 47” here in California serve as a shot heard ‘round the nation, and one which will echo throughout the world in November.

You feel like you’ve done your part. And the responsibility appears to leave you.

But many causes raising money cannot be solved with money.

If it could, it already would have.
Money is required, but it is not the keystone.
The real currency of this world is energy. Money is an outcome of an application of your energy over time to something. Interestingly enough, in Physics we say

I wouldn’t have been able to write it if they hadn’t given me the material. There’s much more, but that’s all I had put in this draft. Doesn’t matter though, it’s just gossip at this point, though it does show the faults in the value system and incentives of the corporate Party.

you’d be giving credit where none is due, and that’s exactly what the Party wants you to do.
The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.
And if all others accepted the lie which the party imposed—if all records told the same tale—then the lie passed into history and became truth.

This record will tell the truth about why the state party came to back Trump.
This record will tell how the California Republican Party was exposed by two meddling kids.
The Republican Party is not Your Friend
In Mein Kampf, Hitler insists that in order to be effective, propaganda must be meticulously designed to be understood by the dumbest member of the society for which it is intended. The slogans, information, pictures used should be constructed such that the target need think not to arrive at the conclusion desired by the creators of the propaganda. Interestingly, he proposes that effective propaganda can only be crafted by the most intelligent minds.
The Republican Party is the Party of Trump
If this line is repeated enough, your grandchildren will read in their history books that the Republican Party is responsible for bringing us one of the greatest Presidents in our History. Nothing could be further from the truth.

You might be thinking, as some have told me, “Come on, Arjun. The Republican Party is on the right side of history. Get on board, grow the party, the movement, register republicans, and kick some Democrat ass!”

The citizens, though responsible, cannot be very effective if there is a lot of corruption. In a real democracy, we would be encouraged to get involved, but we are discouraged. Our legislators largely ignore us.
We, and the world, are at a crossroads now. One road is basically slavery, the other is a breakthrough in science, physics, and our understanding.

This is a great place to start.
All of the stories you find here are based on actual happenings. Anonymized, of course, to protect identities, and generalized for your enjoyment. You may find that you think a story is about someone you know. It could also be your story! Some of them are mine.
Originally, these stories were meant to be reference material for a blog I started in 2017 where I’d write about traps you might fall into, like buying toothpaste.
I wrote them because people just could not believe that [something like that] could happen. Since stories offer a degree of personal experience, they are a great way to understand why something is the way it is.
When you listen to a story, you often associate yourself as one of the characters— usually as the main character— and so you can experience cause and effect without having to actually experience what happens in the story, because living a story affects your own ideas and experiences.
Storytelling: a powerful tool that’s harmless if nothing happens.

If we lost our jobs, we’d try to find another source of income.
Whether we make $20,000 or $1,000,000, we need to get money to pay for things.
We need income from somewhere to cover our life expenses.

These may be very personal questions to you:
How much money do you have?
How much do you make?
What do you buy?
Do you want more?
Do you owe money?
Do you feel like you have enough money?
How do you feel about your answer to the above questions?
My answers to all of them would be either “not enough” or “yes.”
We feel weird talking about our financial situation – how much we make, have, and owe.
I’m not sure why it came to be that way, and it may or may not be the root cause of why we don’t learn very much about personal finance and constantly struggle with it.
In America,
75% of millennials are stressed about money, along with
76% of Gen Xers, and
77% of parents.
31% of adults are “struggling to get by.”
46% of adults could not cover a $400 emergency expense, or would cover the cost by selling something or borrowing.¹
What the hell is going on here?
I’m not quite sure, but I’ll bet it has something to do with the strange – and rather unhealthy – relationship we have with money.
We want money so badly that we’re willing to trade a significant chunk of our lives to get enough.
And when we finally get enough, it turns out not to be enough and we need to get more.
I have no idea how or why we got to a point where so many people have missed the point of money.
They must have not had the class in school where they teach you that a piece of money is no different than an inch.
Don’t you think?
After all,
75% of millennials are confused about or don’t understand what money is or how it works because their parents give them everything,
76% of Gen Xers, now nearing middle age, still haven’t spent the little bit of time it takes to figure it out. Meanwhile,
77% of parents haven’t taught their kids about money because they don’t get it. Is it a coincidence that these percentages are so alike?
31% of adults are spending more than they make and don’t know where all the money they got in their last paycheck went.
46% of adults will soon be shit out of luck. Whoops.

COMPANIES
As we shift our discussion to companies, we must remember that we are really still talking about people. A company provides sustenance to a bunch of people all working their asses off trying to make their company successful.
But recall the story about the high level executive who was replaced by Melvyn. She, although having worked at the company for nearly 40 years, did not have the power to control her destiny at the company.
She still worked for somebody.
We need to limit our discussion to those that directly and measurably benefit from the company’s success.
We need to limit our discussion to the leadership.
Keep in mind everything we’ve learned already – it still applies.

7. California Revenue & Taxation Code Review [Oct 1, 2024]
This post was going in the wrong direction, looking at the person rather than the source of the income. This was before I understood that the source of the income is the crux with regard to taxability.

The California Revenue and Taxation Code (RTC) has two divisions, and the Income Tax Codes are under the second.
Division 1. Property Taxation
Division 2. Other Taxes
Part 10. Personal Income Tax
We will be reviewing the Personal Income Tax section in the same way we did with Title 26 of the United States Code.
Definitions
Within Part 10. Personal Income Tax, there are 14 chapters. Let us start with Chapter 1. General Provisions and Definitions. These are the first three lines:
17001. This part is known and may be cited as the “Personal Income Tax Law.”
17002. Except where the context otherwise requires, the definitions given in this chapter govern the construction of this part.
17003. “Franchise Tax Board” means the Franchise Tax Board described in Part 10, Division 3, Title 2 of the Government Code. “Board” means the State Board of Equalization.
Then we get some interesting definitions of identity:
17004. “Taxpayer” includes any individual, fiduciary, estate, or trust subject to any tax imposed by this part or any partnership.
17005. “Individual” means a natural person.
17007. “Person” includes individuals, fiduciaries, partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations.
So, an “Individual” could mean a “natural individual” or “natural limited liability company.” Makes sense.
Definitions for “Resident” and “Nonresident”
17014.
(a) “Resident” includes:
(1) Every individual who is in this state for other than a temporary or transitory purpose.
(2) Every individual domiciled in this state who is outside the state for a temporary or transitory purpose.
(b) Any individual (and spouse) who is domiciled in this state shall be considered outside this state for a temporary or transitory purpose while that individual:
(1) Holds an elective office of the government of the United States, or
(2) Is employed on the staff of an elective officer in the legislative branch of the government of the United States as described in paragraph (1), or
(3) Holds an appointive office in the executive branch of the government of the United States (other than the armed forces of the United States or career appointees in the United States Foreign Service) if the appointment to that office was by the President of the United States and subject to confirmation by the Senate of the United States and whose tenure of office is at the pleasure of the President of the United States.
17015. “Nonresident” means every individual other than a resident.
Something I find interesting: per this code definition, “Resident” is defined to mean an individual who is “in this state for other than a temporary or transitory purpose,” which is the opposite of another legal definition for Resident— how you’d describe a medical student in “residency.” The same word means different things in different places. Well, as per 17002, “the definitions in this chapter govern the construction of this part.”
Another thing I find interesting: If you are an individual domiciled in this state and you are elected to, work for, or hold appointive office by the government of the United States, you are still considered a “Resident”
A presumption of residency is put forth:
17016. Every individual who spends in the aggregate more than nine months of the taxable year within this State shall be presumed to be a resident. The presumption may be overcome by satisfactory evidence that the individual is in the State for a temporary or transitory purpose.
Whether it means something or not, in 17016 “State” is used, and in 17014, “state” is used. Does the change in capitalization change the meaning of the words? Well, common sense says yes— one is a common noun, the other is a proper noun, but let’s do a quick aside.
In section 17005, it is written: “Individual” means a natural person.
In section 17007, it is written “Person” includes individuals, fiduciaries…Does the definition of “Individual” made in 17005 apply to 17007?
Does the definition of “Person” made in 17007 apply to 17005?In section 17014(a), it is written: “Resident” includes: ….
In many places within the Part, “resident” is used.Does the definition of “Resident” apply whenever “resident” is used?
To me, the answer is obviously yes, otherwise we could not make sense of the code. Even common nouns are a capitalized when used at the start of a sentence.
Now hold onto this logic while we read two more definitions. Note that these definitions are the same as those in the relevant sections of Title 26.
17017. “United States,” when used in a geographical sense, includes the states, the District of Columbia, and the possessions of the United States.
17018. “State” includes the District of Columbia, and the possessions of the United States.
Does the definition of “State” made in 17018 apply to 17017, 17014, and other places, where “states” is used?
If the answer to this question is now all of a sudden no, then construction of these codes becomes impractical and/or impossible. The answer must be yes.
That means, however, that when “State” is specifically used in 17016, it means something other than what is defined in 17018. Otherwise, lowercase “state” would have been used. Further, if “State” and “state” meant the same thing, 17016 would not have even been necessary, because of 17014.
Does this make sense?
And then, what does the proper noun “State” mean when used in this Part? I have yet to find it.
In this regard, title 26 is more clear, because the definitional sentences do not start with the word being defined.
Quick recall to 26 U.S. Code § 7701 - Definitions
In (10), it is clear that “State” — not “state” is being defined, and in (9), when “States” is used, it means what’s given in (10).
Perhaps the federal definition applies to the California code.
Another definition that’s the same as the one in the federal code:
17020: “Trade or business” includes the performance of the functions of a public office.
Feels pretty good deleting all this cruft.

If you look at the Preamble to the Constitution, you’ll find the reason the People of the United States [Trustors] created the United States of America [Trustee]. The Preamble is the enacting clause of a trust agreement. The six objectives for the Trustee are listed in the Preamble. The official mandate is to execute on those objectives. The body of the Constitution is primarily administrative, laying out rules, policies, and procedures for doing business.
As an interesting side note, there were clauses within the body of the Constitution that were null and void immediately at ratification because they were not supported by the document’s mandate. Of course, it’s taking a while for that to be reflected in physical reality, but it’s one of the reasons I say that the document was produced by geniuses.
Robert Ingraham refers to the Constitution as “a sacred trust.”
Let us have a look and see what it would look like if most People held this view. Keep in mind this is a future vision available when People’s institutions required for a well-oiled constitutional republic exist in every county.
We start out the same, except the People are hanging out by (and in) Government, watching it closely. You may choose to call this an “Oversight Committee.”
As soon as Government does something unconstitutional, whether by accident or intentionally, the People whip it back into shape.
All they do is compare the Government Action to the mandate laid out in the Preamble, and if it’s not supported, it’s gone.
Government has no choice but to fulfill its mandate. The People keep it on track. As a result, the People fruitfully multiply, their rights grow, and amazing things happen as a result of people pursuing happiness.
Of course, as the People’s rights expand, the Government’s rights expand.
This view enshrines the principles of the basic human concepts declared in 1776 into the government's foundational law, empowering our trustees to fulfill their mandate.
It is the reason Earl Taylor Jr. writes "After the proven principles of liberty were institutionalized by the U.S. Constitution... [man] progressed more [in 200 years] than in the previous 5,000 years. In other words, in less than two centuries the American people made a 5,000-year leap!"
So what do you think? Are we headed for another 5,000 year leap?
Or are we destined for another dark age of tyranny?

10. Reservation of Sovereignty: Oil Company battles Apache Tribe [Aug 9, 2024]

A tribe contracts with an oil company permission to enter their land for drilling oil.
The company sets up, starts operation.
The tribe says, “you must pay an extraction tax.”
The company takes the tribe to court.
The court finds:
"Even if the Tribe's power to tax were derived solely from its power to exclude non-Indians from the reservation, the Tribe has the authority to impose the severance tax. Non-Indians who lawfully enter tribal lands remain subject to a tribe's power to exclude them, which power includes the lesser power to tax or place other conditions on the non-Indian's conduct or continued presence on the reservation. The Tribe's role as commercial partner with petitioners should not be confused with its role as sovereign. It is one thing to find that the Tribe has agreed to sell the right to use the land and take valuable minerals from it, and quite another to find that the Tribe has abandoned its sovereign powers simply because it has not expressly reserved them through a contract. To presume that a sovereign forever waives the right to exercise one of its powers unless it expressly reserves the right to exercise that power in a commercial agreement turns the concept of sovereignty on its head.”

00:48 — “I think that people would be surprised to know that… I think, you know, 56,000, um, San Franciscos voted for Trump in the last presidential election. That’s a significant number of people. And yea, I think a lot of liberals in San Francisco are surprised by that. Do you find that strange?”
Daniel’s response cracks me up.
Joel reaction to his response, and engagement in the completely different topic, cracks me up even more. It puts the cherry on the cream on top. It’s all downhill from there.
It’s almost as if Joel’s brain resets to a clean slate, totally unable to recall the purpose for his being there speaking with “MAGA Cap Wearer.”
I wonder how a guy with 20 years of experience as a reporter, 19 of which were at a very prestigious institution covering legal disputes — where substance is of prime importance, missed the part where Daniel didn’t answer his question.
I think this is the article he was doing research for. I’m not sure though, since I don’t see any Big Bangs in there. He’s got great prose though. He really knows how to grip your emotions and take you on a thrilling narrative ride.

Let us first define what that means.
WELFARE. Well-doing or well-being in any respect; the enjoyment of health and common blessings of life, exemption from any evil or calamity; prosperity; happiness. [Black’s Law Dictionary Fourth Edition]
GENERAL. From Latin word genus. It relates to the whole kind, class, or order. Pertaining to or designating the genus or class, as distinguished from that which characterizes the species or individual; universal, not particularized, as opposed to special; principal or central, as opposed to local; open or available to all, as opposed to select; obtaining commonly, or recognized universally, as opposed to limited; comprehending the whole or directed to the whole, as distinguished from anything applying to or designed for a portion only. [Black’s Law Dictionary Fourth Edition]
PROMOTE. To contribute to growth, enlargement, or prosperity of; to forward; to further; to encourage; to advance. [Black’s Law Dictionary Fourth Edition]
Let us now string the above definitions together into one phrase:
PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE. To advance the well-doing, well-being, health, blessings, exemption from evil or calamity, prosperity, and happiness of humanity.
Source of the phrase
"Promote the general welfare" is a phrase from the Preamble to the United States Constitution. It is one of the goals of the Constitution to create a government that can promote the well-being and prosperity of all citizens. To achieve this goal, the government is responsible for providing a range of services and policies that can help to promote the general welfare.
Overall, promoting the general welfare requires a comprehensive approach that includes a range of policies and programs. By prioritizing the well-being of all citizens, governments can create a more equitable and prosperous society.
Gouverneur Morris penned the Preamble to our Constitution. The preamble specifies the purpose of Government in our Republic and the relevant parties.

America is still startup phase. May sound counter-intuitive because our Constitution was ordained and established way longer than four score and seven years ago. Yet, in 2023, we are still left of the chasm.
What is our Republic?
Our Republic is a constitutional republic, unlike any other nation before or since, where the elected government of our Republic is empowered, as a sacred trust, to undertake actions within constitutional restraints to facilitate the inalienable right to Happiness of the people.

An elected official [Trustee] taking the oath of office to support and defend the Constitution is promising that every act done in his/her official capacity will be in alignment with these objectives. These objectives are our Government’s mandate.
We opine that the objective to “promote the general Welfare” includes the other five objectives by default. Consider whether you can successfully “insure domestic Tranquility” or “establish Justice” without also “promoting the general Welfare.”
“We the People” are the Trustors. We grant rights to the “United States of America [Trust].” We require that the Trustees manage the Trust for the benefit of the named beneficiaries: “ourselves [We the People] and our Posterity [the next generation].”
The Trust is based on and linked to the expression of humanity found in the Declaration of Independence, that Governments exist to secure the intrinsic Rights of humanity. The three basic human rights listed in the Declaration, not by way of limitation, are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
Going back further to 1620, we can find the same expression in John Robinson’s farewell to the Pilgrims as they depart for the New World:
“You are become a body politic, using among yourselves civil government, and are not furnished with any persons of special eminence above the rest, to be chosen by you into office of government, let your wisdom and godliness appear, not only in choosing such persons as do entirely love and will promote the common good, but also in yielding unto them all due honor and obedience in their lawful administrations. . . .”
We want to restore our republic to unleash humanity’s creative potential, allowing all People to vigorously pursue their Happiness.
And, given that all of Humanity is one Nation, We intend to act in alignment with the objective put forth in our Constitution to “promote the general Welfare.”
What does a Restored Republic look like?
The following visions were created by American Inspirators in response to the question, “What does a Restored Republic look like to you?”
As you read, consider what a Restored Republic looks like to you.
UNINFORMED VOTERS
Imagine it’s election day and you have no idea who to vote for, except for one candidate. You barely even know the names of the other candidates or the purpose of any propositions. You meet a friend on your way to Election Arena and confess this civic tragedy. To your surprise, your friend nervously makes the same confession. To make it interesting, you propose a bet. “Let’s fill out our ballots completely at random, then compare. If we voted for the same thing an odd number of times, I buy you dinner of your choice. If even, you buy.” Your friend accepts. You go vote. You win the dinner because you left your ballot blank, thereby matching zero times. The next morning you wake up, take shower, make breakfast, and check the news. Results are in – You won another term as supervisor for your district!
Explanation, in case you were triggered: All candidates know that the mandate for their job is to promote the general Welfare, and intrinsically live that purpose, so it really doesn’t matter who wins.
INSPIRACY THEORY
Imagine one day, you wake up and fill up a glass of water from your tap. Something’s up – it tastes different. You go online and see that other people in your area have noticed the same thing. You keep looking and eventually someone writes “I found what they did with the water!” with a link. You click the link. It goes to a recent ORDER OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICER mandating that all potable water delivered to households by the water utility must be structured and free from any harmful chemicals or contaminants.
Your tap water was made healthier without your knowledge.
LOSING A BATTLE IS ONE HAPPENING
Imagine one day you walk into a stadium and find yourself front row of an exciting sports game. The seats are packed with spectators. Roars of chants can be heard from all over. It’s the final seconds and suddenly the game ends. The winning team runs across the field celebrating their victory, while the losing team is left crying just beyond the barrier you stand behind. The losing coach walks over to his team and says, “Back in 1776 George Washington lost the Battle of Long Island, forced to retreat. Today we know him as our first president….”
People generally know their history.
SLAVEHOLDER’S WORST NIGHTMARE
Imagine you're a slave. You escape horrid conditions. You work to rebuild your life. You get caught by suspecting police. You are brought before a judge. You hope that nobody ratted you out. Your countenance falls as the Judge opens a letter stamped with your master's seal. It contains a certified copy of your master's title to you. You whip out the Declaration of Independence. "This thing says I have unalienable Rights including, but not limited to, Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
Then you whip out the Constitution. "This thing says that the Government's objective is to promote the General Welfare."
Then you slam Black's Law Dictionary 4th Ed. down on the BAR. "In Black's Law Dictionary, it says that “promote the general Welfare” means, basically, in summary, to advance the well-doing, well-being, health, blessings, exemption from evil or calamity, prosperity, and happiness of humanity as a whole. Sending me back to that shithole promotes the welfare of my master. But it does not promote my welfare. Therefore, it is 'Specific Welfare', and that's not allowed. It's also a violation of my Rights. Per Article VI, the law in my master’s state that allows him to hold legal title to me is null and void. Further, I cannot advance my happiness there. I'm much happier with my life here. Further sayeth naught"
The Judge releases you because he took an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
FOLLOW THE WHITE RABBIT
You come across a company promoting something that seems really wrong. You have a weird feeling about it, so you decide to look into it. After half a year of digging, deep research, and late nights, you determine that the thing being promoted is wrong. It’s damaging. You write a brief about it and send it to your friends.
You call up your local Jury Administrator, saying you have a case you need considered. They review your brief. They forward it to the company doing the promoting, adding a recommendation that the promotion stop because it’s wrong and damaging.
The board of directors reviews the brief, is convinced, and stops the promotion. They invite you to their annual meeting so they can publicly award you with an “Honorary Intern Certificate” and nice cash prize for the time you spent and good work you did, not to mention all the lawsuits you helped them avoid.
Tech companies have been known to reward people who hack into their systems with prizes and job offers to their security team. Many companies also pay hackers to try to breach their systems.
STANDARDS OF CARE
Imagine that you have a chronic health condition. It is treatable, but not curable. You and your primary caregiver, a licensed homeopathist, explore all the possible treatment options and review available research. Together you decide on a course of action and implement those actions. The entirety of this care is covered by our national healthcare system.
The American healthcare system includes coverage by all disciplines; including, but not limited to acupuncture, chiropractic, naturopathic, allopathic, and homeopathic. Full healthcare is available to each person living in our country. Decisions about healthcare are made by a person and their chosen provider(s).
BIGGER, BETTER, CLEANER
Imagine 80% of San Francisco is destroyed in the biggest earthquake ever recorded. Most of the infrastructure seems to be completely knocked out and you’re glad that you were prepper enough to have reserves for a few months.
The mayor makes a public statement: "This is not the first time that San Francisco has been destroyed, I have not the slightest doubt that the City by the Golden Gate will be speedily rebuilt, and will, almost before we know it, resume her former great activity"
As soon as the shaking stops, people are out with forklifts clearing debris. Water is still coming out of most faucets. Hauling services and rebuilding supplies come in by truck from all directions. Everybody’s got something to do.
Two years later, the city is fully rebuilt. You added another story to rent out and dug out the basement. The city’s population holding capacity increased 150% while somehow making it feel less crowded. Roads were reorganized to reach Vision Zero and vehicular pollution was cut in half. Well, People calmed down their driving a lot after the quake, but there have been zero traffic deaths in two years, including the zero deaths from the quake.
And the great thing about the rebuilding is that the entire thing added nothing to our tax or debt burden.
Earthquakes that destroy everything have become opportunities for massive improvements. National Credit was used to fund the rebuilding because it was an important investment into making the city productive again.
1000 YEAR ANNIVERSARY
The year is 2989. You’re standing around the water cooler having a water cooler conversation. “Yo wasn’t that tour of the Earthquake Museum crazy?” “Yea bro, can you believe they used to have ground shakes?” “Nah man. Imagine this whole place just starting to shake like that Loma Prieta Replica House they made for the 1000 year anniversary of the last earthquake. Freaky” “Yea but amazing that it’s been so long. They used to have big ones every 100 years.” “Yea dude. So you wanna go to the San Andreas Slip Club after work?”
Earthquakes on the San Andreas fault were engineered away, but Tech Bros have not changed one bit.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK
Imagine you’re a restaurant owner. You get a letter from the Board of Supervisors inviting you to a consulting meeting. You go. It’s an auditorium full of restaurant owners. You’re asked how business is going, what you’re struggling with, and what can be done to help you. When it’s your turn to speak, you tell them about your least favorite regulation that’s really making things slow, inconvenient, and providing no benefit to operations. You tell them how it should be. The Board says they can help with that almost immediately. You thank them and go on your way. A month later, you get another letter. It’s from the Board. “Hi, thank you for your input. Your least favorite regulation should now be your favorite regulation because it was reworked as you said it should be. If you think of any other changes with this or other regulations, contact us directly.”
The Board of Supervisors seek your vote in the next election.
Now it’s your turn. What does a Restored Republic look like to you?
What kind of things would “Promote the general Welfare”?
Some people may consider these “goals”
People actively imagine a better future, and inspire others to do the same, so that humanity is freed from the artificial, empire-built chains of scarcity and despair
All Trustees elected by the People and their non-elected appointees automatically consider whether their actions promote the general Welfare. If it does not, the act is abandoned or altered.
Board meetings occur in the evening so that the most People can attend and participate.
Infrastructure improvements which make traffic deaths something of the past.
The House of Representatives passes a bill for infrastructure improvements specifying that the money must be created by Congress using its power to coin money.
The Federal Reserve is disbanded. A National Bank is established as provided in our Constitution and as described by Alexander Hamilton in his famous reports to the First Congress.
American businesses small and large thrive by providing what people living here need for our happiness- rewarding jobs and careers as well as goods and services.
In promoting the General Welfare and providing for each person's happiness, the productive capabilities of our nation- both research and manufacturing- are re-instated on our soil. Science-driver projects are promoted and funded by our government with the credit it issues.
The Green Agenda is abandoned. Safe and affordable energy is expanded by the development of nuclear fusion and other, as yet unknown, sources. The Scientific Method is encouraged.
Our children are taught to seek the truth in science, history, religion, math, and all other topics. Children are exposed to true classical music, art, and drama.

Let me start by asking you a question: On which side is the grass greener?
Imagine you were standing on the left, and you keep hearing people saying "the grass is always greener on the other side" would you ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and say "almost everyone says so, must be true"?
Would you deny what you see with your own eyes to fit in?
Which side are you on?
Christian
The title itself means nothing.
There are a lot of people who call themselves Christians who are not Christians. The biggest enemy of the [so-called] Christians, are [also called] Christians. It's the biggest threat. Other groups are often named— Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, but none comes close to matching the internal threat. Actually, other groups pose no threat, in my opinion.
For any group of people known as [GROUP_ID], there are people who would argue with people who claim the same classification about what it means to be a [GROUP_ID].
This strategy is pretty basic. If you think about easy ways to fool people you’d come up with it yourself pretty quickly. It’s an easy confusion tactic. Entire Governments have been subverted because of it.
G. Edward Griffin, in his presentation An Idea Whose Time Has Come, aptly identifies that the strategy of Marxist-Leninists for coming to power in a targeted country is to simply identify with whatever the popular thing is within that country.
Nowadays this seems to be an incredibly successful tactic to gaining trust and power, especially amongst Christians.
You can apply this to anything. To effectively infiltrate a group, go by the same name. Attachment to the same classification [identity] makes it more likely that your target will accept you, believe you, and eventually— once you rise in the ranks, follow you. If you are not perceived as the enemy when you first appeared, it will be harder to see you as the enemy later, as you’ve now built a relationship with them and gained their trust.
What do I mean by "Christian"?
All make mistakes. We uncover them as we are convicted of them.
A Christian is a scientist. If an exception is found, the law is null/void. [In this sense, the US Constitution is a Christian legal document. See ArticIe Vl Paragraph 2]
What you know is what you know. You don't know anything you don't know. You can't know it unless you yourself know it. Every one does not know every thing, so we Trust people that seem to know. We live by faith, and not blind acceptance. Trust, and verify.
There is a plot to subdue humanity, and we want to foil that. We want to be free from man's rule and be ruled only by the laws of Nature and Nature's God.
And what an amazing inheritance we have at this moment in time. In our republic, the only things mandatory on the people are the laws created for them by a jury of their peers. Everything else is advisory.
Question everything. Own your mind.

Hello everyone. Today we are going to be having a listen to Clinton’s apology to the Survivors of the Human Radiation Experiments that occurring during the featuring Ruth Faden, Chair of the Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments formed by President Clinton in 1994, United States Secretary of Energy turned Blaylock COO Hazel O’Leary, and Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Donna Shalala.
The goal of the Human Radiation Experiments were to study the effects of radiation on the human body. Many of these tests were conducted in secret, without the knowledge or consent of the test subjects themselves.
This post both is and is not a follow up to my previous post looking at the parallels between the Syphilis Study at Tuskegee and the COVID-19 Testing recently done within and without the United States. You may feel some déjà vu as you listen to what Clinton had to say this time.

You're awake.
You know there's a problem. Many problems.
So many that it seems it'll take generations to do all the work needed to fix it.
What do you do about it?
What can you do?
You're just one person.
What can just one person do?
Look for ways to get involved, I guess:
Go to that protest, sign and share this petition, attend a meeting, wear a t-shirt at that rally, volunteer for that recall, put up door-hangers, pass out flyers, send those emails, make a few phone calls to your representative, join those online groups, table that event, lend a hand to a campaign you believe in... There are plenty of things to do.
But what's going to solve those big, deep problems you know about that nobody else in your life seems to be aware about?
And what about those problems you see being solved with a solution that will make the problem worse?
How about those problems that, if not solved, will give up the ship?
If you look around, people are going about their daily lives as if everything's just perfectly normal.
Some times you come across someone who knows what you know, and you're happy to find someone else who's awake to all this bullcrap that nobody else seems to see. "We should meet up again." "Sure, I'm on vacation next week, how about when I get back?"
Pirates are in control of the ship, and we're enjoying the buffet.
You're awake and still in bed.
You know how sometimes when you wake up, but stay in bed just a bit longer a couple times, continuing to snooze the alarm? Yea, like that.
So, let's get out of bed. How?
Well you know already. Why do you finally get out of bed after snoozing many times over?
"Ok, time to get up... I need to be...."
There's some compelling event causing you to get up. Maybe it's to be on time for work. Or to be at an appointment. Get on an early flight. Or maybe it's excitement.
Whatever it is, you're getting out of bed.
This documentary attempts to deliver a compelling event.
An audio-visual experience, which requires good speakers with good bass, after which I hope people will decide to get out of bed.
And meet other people who also decide to get and are already up.
