How to Get Away with Murder
What does a dirty war against patriots actually look like? One thing we learned during the Chynavirus Hoax was to use more discernment and skepticism. Let us apply lessons learned to current events

This article examines 3 different high profile cases during that surge of coordinated violence, each one surrounded by high deep state cabal-type strangeness. If the CIA were to run a dirty war against patriots do you think they would announce it, or just quietly start assassinating people?

In each of these cases a pattern emerges. First, the incident itself. Second, the media firestorm. Third, the inexplicable delay. Fourth, the endless pre-trial motions. Fifth, the disappearance of the accused. It is equal parts horrifying and fascinating to see the vast invisible machinery of an intelligence-surveillance American Stasi deployed against random citizens.
To clarify, let us examine in greater detail, the death of Andreas Probst in Las Vegas on August 14, 2023.
Now you must understand that Las Vegas is a major payment system for off the books transactions vis a vis the payouts from ‘games of chance’. Let us say, for example, you are [Stephen Paddock] delivering a cache of weapons to paramilitary communist rebels in the Philippines, and the IRS asks where did you get $75,000 of income suddenly? You simply show the receipt from the Vegas casino and the suspicious payment is now totally on the level. If you can rig an election, you can rig a casino game no problem. Once you understand the real purpose of Las Vegas as a large payment system disguised as an entertainment zone, you can imagine the intensity of deep state cabal activity going on there.2
But I digress, the actual event was the murder of retired police chief, Andreas Probst by two CIA assets teenagers.
First: the incident; the two teens Jesus Ayala, (17) and Jzamir Keys (16) recorded themselves in a stolen car hitting Probst (64) on his bicycle at Tenaya Way, near Centennial Parkway. It was a type of fun video game-like activity to kill an elderly Euro-American man for sport. Ayala was the driver and Keys was the videographer.
Second: the media firestorm; which you can read about here. At time of their arrest Ayala bragged that he would not go to prison. Anons questioned, would he actually face justice or escape? At the time despite the video evidence of the two teenagers laughing while they killed Probst, an anon predicted they would serve time. Incredibly he was right.

Third: the endless delays; the media firestorm died down because everyone became obsessed with some Jews who got kidnapped while dancing in front of starving families in Gaza, the world’s largest open air prison, on October 7, 2023.3 But I digress, from the moment the accused entered the criminal-justice system it seemed like heaven and earth were moved to prevent them from appearing before a jury. This was apparent in the series of inexplicable delays and endless pre-trial motions.
Timeline
2023 August 14 Ayala taken into custody for a separate unrelated car crash, again with a stolen car.
2023 August 31 A Shadow Ridge High School classmate of Keys & Ayala was caught watching a video of the killing of Probst by the school resource officer. The video was sent to him by Keys through Instagram messages. After the confiscation of his phone, Keys’s sister told him, “It’s going to be bad for you.” Detectives later located more videos and a request from Keys to the classmate to delete the video.
2023 September 19 Keys taken into custody. Why the two week delay, was he connected into an intelligence network protecting him?
2023 September 21 Keys and Ayala held in Clark County Detention Center in Downtown Las Vegas.
2023 October 6 Both of the accused are indicted by a Grand Jury with the trial date set at 16 September 2024. At the hearing they were mad-dogging the family of the deceased and witnesses. Witness intimidation and assassination is a feature of gang and mafia related crimes. Corner Stephanie Yagi testified that she had determined that Probst died from blunt force trauma and ruled his death an accident. However, after seeing the video she quickly changed it to homicide.
2023 December 19 Public Defender David Westbrook filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus asking the judge to dismiss his client's grand jury indictment. District Court Judge Jacqueline Bluth dismissed the petition.
2024 September 18 David Westbrook requested that Ayala be declared incompetent. The competency hearing was conducted by Judge Christy Craig. It consisted of three unnamed doctors interviewing him over Zoom. The result of their examination was 2/3 competent and 1/3 incompetent. Based on the inconclusive result, Judge Christy Craig extended the hearing until 9 October 2024, so doctors who determined him competent could ‘reevaluate their findings’ if need be.
2024 October 8 Based on the psych evaluation, Judge Christy Craig declared Ayala incompetent, and ordered him to Lake’s Crossing Center for Mentally Disordered Offenders in Sparks, NV. Meanwhile, a trial date for Jzamir Keys was set 12 November 2024. Notice the date was over one year after the crime with video evidence, but very handily after the election. What do you think they might have been hoping for?
2024 November 12 The trial date came and went because of unnamed ‘complications’ caused the need for the trial to be rescheduled to February 2025. Notice it is after the certification and inauguration of president Trump.
2025 February 28 Ayala declared competent, which magically happened only after Trump had been inaugurated. Another pre-trial motion by David Westbrook again delayed the trial and rescheduled it to 17 June 2025.
2025 March 25 The trial was again rescheduled (the fourth if you are keeping count) until 3 November 2025.
2025 November 3 — ???
So now in what should have been an easy win in an open and shut case with video evidence, after over 2 years, 4 reschedules, a raft of pre-trial motions, and 2 judges, will an actual jury trial ever be forthcoming?
The Players
The players in this drama all have quite interesting backstories. See if you can follow the web of connections between them.
Andy Probst Billed in the media as a retired small town police chief, he was actually working in his ‘retirement’ as Director of Global Security for ICA a private security outfit in Las Vegas. Before that he had been chief of police in Bell, CA, which is a bit of mis-direction to make him sound like a small town police officer. In fact, the ‘town’ of Bell, is a neighborhood in South Central Los Angeles. It is adjacent to a major railway logistics hub which transships cargo from the Port of Los Angeles across America. Why do you think the Cabal might want to control that police department?
Jesus Ayala was raised by single mom in an abusive neglectful household. He was affiliated with the Nightcrawlers criminal gang. Doctors believe Ayala has some brain damage and Westbrook said several unnamed and unknown ‘people’ described his condition as “pretty severe brain damage.” Ayala is also facing an attempted murder charge in a separate “extremely violent” group attack resulting in one person being stabbed multiple times in the face. The stabbing victim suffered multiple lacerations including a large one to the head before he sought treatment at University Medical Center (UMC) on 27 June, 2023.
Jzamir Keys was also raised by a single mom who pathologically hated European Americans and raised her children to hate them too. At age 8 Keys was placed in foster care when his mother was charged with child abuse. There is a video, (which I cannot find again) of his mom ordering her kindergarden age daughter to beat up a Euro-American classmate to, “teach that Karen a lesson.” Notice the entire family feels the need to record their anti-social violence. Was she in some way connected the American Stasi rouge intelligence agencies? Her statement to the media was basically the way you would talk in a defacto state of war to an enemy combatant, “My son’s side of the story will be told, ‘the truth,’ not the inaccuracies the media will try to portray.”
Christy Craig First of all her real name is Christy Craig-Rohan. Her husband/baby-daddy appears to Lyle R Rohan, an ex-military corrections officer with Las Vegas metro police. It is of special interest that he is a negro, because it strongly indicates her ideological alignment with BLM neo-marxist paramilitary. They have two daughters together, but she has gone to great lengths to disguise her relationship with Lyle, including changes to her last name.
She is originally from Ohio but moved to Vegas in 1980s to work as a medical lab tech (DNA Tests?) for about a decade, then began her legal career working for an unnamed casino. In 1998, she began working at the Clark County Public Defender’s Office. She was very vocal about helping youthful criminals avoid prison time and saw her judgeship as a way to continue her advocacy from the bench as an activist judge. She was a founding member of Lake’s Crossing task force and led action to identify solutions to various problems associated with the treatment of mentally-ill, incompetent defendants in Clark County. A case she brought resulted in a consent decree in which the state agreed to speedy transport of incompetent defendants and construction of a forensic treatment facility.
After her election to Judge in 2020, Craig was a co-creator of the Clark County Competency Court. She developed a program to divert mentally-ill defendants charged with misdemeanors to Southern Nevada adult mental health. She participated in the development of Clark County’s mental health court program, a diversionary alternative to criminal sentences for mentally-ill offenders. In collaboration with UNLV School of Social Work, she created and managed an intern program for master of social work students. Interns assisted in coordinating social services for persons charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses.
Her election is fascinating. She was considered too unprofessional and inexperienced, but she was heavily funded by NGO groups connected to the Soros Tides Foundation. One of these groups Mi Sotos Familia was especially militant in its genocidal racism against European Americans. Another was a BLM clone dedicated to anti-incarceration, called Mass Liberation Nevada (MLN). MLN mobilized dozens of volunteers for phone banks and canvasses that reached thousands of voters, and was heavily connected the criminal gangs such as the Nightcrawlers. Leslie Turner, an MLN organizer and ex-convict, said the group’s efforts were particularly important because of the effect that the criminal legal system has on the group’s core constituency.
We have a higher chance of actually being in court in front of some of these judges, so it’s important that we’re putting people on the bench that understand our perspective, understand why we’re saying Black Lives Matter … and all of the factors that come into play when somebody might end up in the courtroom. -Leslie Turner
Read that again. An ex-convict has founded a group dedicated to protecting black people from facing justice for the crimes they commit. What obligations do you think Christy Craig-Rohan may have had to the people who put her in office? Thanks to the sensational DOGE revelations we now know the funding for both groups ultimately came from taxpayer funds diverted by the CIA cutout USAID.
(3) Doctors This is the most fascinating part of the story. We have no idea who they are. or if they are even real. At least one of them appears to have been an asset of the deep state. Maybe he just hopped on a Zoom call in Langley and someone handed him a fake identity as a credentialed psychiatrist before he declared Ayala incompetent.
David Westbrook A Jewish man from the Pacific Northwest, two identity groups known for extreme far-left politics and irrational hatred of European-Americans. He was/is President of the Public Defenders Union, so he has minor political power. Consider how corrupt many unions are with connections to organized crime. David claims his life was threatened for defending Ayala.
His wife, Deborah Westbrook, is a judge on the Nevada Court of Appeals and member of the Nevada Jewish Bar Association, a club for Jewish lawyers. In 2002 she married David Westbrook and worked as a clerk on the US Court of Appeals in DC, which launched her career. Another interesting aspect about David is that he is a senior level employee at the Public Defenders office, so why is he working full time on this one case instead of just assigning the new guy?

Stephanie Yagi The millennial corner has one of the cleanest online profiles I have ever seen. Either she is the only millennial in existence to not be on linkedin, facebook, instagram, ect. OR her digital footprint has been wiped clean. Her backstory is the daughter of an administrative staff member on the California court system in Sacramento. She graduated from Columbia (where Obama allegedly went to school without a single classmate or professor remembering him being there) and got her MD at Cedars-Sinai, which was founded by Jewish businessman Kaspare Cohn.
Discussion and Speculation
The mental health aspect is fascinating. Ayala was alleged to have severe brain damage. We know that MKULTRA is a thing. Was this abused child drafted into some MKULTRA program to turn him into mercenary killer for the intel community? On a related topic, Joseph Rosenbaum one of the paramilitary thugs killed by Kyle Rittenhouse had been released from a ‘mental hospital in Milwaukee’ earlier that day. But there is no record of him ever having been in mental hospital anywhere in the United States. He just disappeared in the system and suddenly reappeared at the riots in Kenosha. Great pains were taken divert Ayala out of the prison system into the mental health system. Was he to disappear as well until her suddenly reappeared with a completely new identity at some violent event?
This occurs in the context of a long history of killers being diverted from prison to state pysch wards were paperwork is lost/misplaced/ect, which results in them being ‘accidentally’ released. Another common tactic is to transfer them around from facility to facility until they just get lost in the shuffle somehow, like a game of three-card monte.
Its also interesting that the only reason we even know about any of this, is because these sub-zeros were such idiots they recorded the hit and sent it to a classmate for bragging rights. Notice also how the fix was already in at the time of the arrest. Coroner Stephanie Yagi already knew it was an accident. Ayala already knew that it was just a hit and run. Keys had not even been connected with the crime yet. And then that gosh darn video unexpectedly surfaced and the whole system went into damage control overdrive! Stephanie changed her tune real fast to maintain her credibility (for future ops?). Suddenly the public defender who usually just pleads down cases is devoting himself to avoiding jury trial with a long complicated competency pre-trial motion. Meanwhile the defendants are intimidating witnesses in the courtroom. Finally, NLM-adjacent judge Christy Craig-Rohan diverts Ayala to her favorite pet project, the Lakes Crossing psych hospital. Just like that, the case is over before it began as media attention dies down. The case only moves forward again after Trump is elected and it becomes clear there will be house cleaning on the corrupt judiciary. No sooner does it re-start then the same pattern of delays starts all over again.
Although the crime was hyped as senseless racial hate crime, this could be misdirection so no one asks was it an assassination by the deep state. Did Probst, in his work as a private security consultant, see something he was not supposed to see at one of the companies? In this hypothetical scenario, a hit is put out by the deep state contracted to Nightcrawlers gang and carried out by Ayala and Keys. It was all set up to be an accident or an unsolved hit and run death.
Conclusion
Whatever the real story is, its not the one we are being told. There are too many unanswered questions and weird connections. In this article we have examined one high profile killings, the others in the table have similar bizarre narratives, and always with the same pattern of delay, divert, and disappear.

Why is that?
Surely it is mere coincidence that a massive black project skunkworx called Area 51 is within an easy commute of the city and has its own separate fake commuter airline flying out of run by a CIA shell company. We are not saying that Las Vegas is a bedroom community for a small army of aerospace black project nSAP contractors who are all ‘professional gamblers’ on their IRS forms.
